I just saw this movie last night and couldn't help posting about a new and fitting addition to the series.
The film is centered around the hunt for Max, an evil guy with evil plans. I'm being vague, since this is playing in theaters still and all action-comedy fans should go see it. After testing a device, he lands on a desert island and discusses his plans. It's just him, his second-in-command and a woman whose job it is to hold his umbrella. You can see where this is going, can't you?
The woman stumbles slightly on a shell and the umbrella moves away from the bad guy for a moment. He calmly asks for his assistant's gun and shoots her. Why? Why did you do any of this?!?
Oh right, you're evil.
Being a random character who got stuck with a crappy job and killed for a minor infraction? That's a Poor Bastard of Cinema...even if it is a girl.
Seriously, The Losers is really good. Go see it.
