VHS For the Win: Moon in Scorpio

Like many of the films on this segment, I have not had the pleasure/displeasure of seeing them.  I'm just a little too young to have been able to enjoy the VHS craze in regards to horror films.  This is especially regrettable when I see stuff like this...

I don't know what the hell this story is about, but it has to be interesting.  I mean, it's got a sea scorpion (maybe), evil skull clouds and a ravaged boat.  How can this not rule?!?
