Totally-Deceptive Cover Art: The Crater Lake Monster

Remember that classic, Public Domain film about a 'Nessie' in a hick town? Do you remember it with a different dinosaur? Someone did...

What kind of dinosaur is this exactly? It's a T-Rex, but with normal arms!

The scary part- this is an official release art, not some bizarre, foreign poster! I can't blame you for not wanting to watch the film, but at least try to make your monster look similar!!!
