Impossibly-Cool Cover Art: Terror Train

I won't necessarily say that Terror Train is a bad movie. I have not seen it all the way through, so that would not be fair. Now, that said, it can't possibly look like this...

What movie is this poster based on? If the movie looks remotely like that, then I definitely need to see it!
