Before PSAs took sleeping kids to Car Heaven, they taught us that we are always being watched...by parked Cars.

Seriously, that's how they thought that Kids would learn about Street Crossing Safety...

Look both ways before you cross the Street.

Rest assured- this guy sure will be.
