VHS For The Win: Surgikill

Pun titles in horror films are almost always a bad sign. I can, however, make an exception for a movie that looks like this...

An evil doctor. Old-school blood effects. Murder. Sounds like a winner to me.

It's apparently the final film of Andy Milligan too. Bonus?
