Hammer's Dracula- when played by Lee- was always a bit of an animal, not usually playing the 'charming home-owner' that commonly showed up in Dracula films. This poster takes it a bit too far though...
I don't remember Dracula having some sort of liver disease that colored his skin that way. On the plus side, his son grew up to be That Yellow Bastard!
