VHS For the Win: Evil Laugh

Oh shit, the Grim Reaper has upgraded! Not only that, but he can apparently affect real people, despite being hand-drawn! We're all doomed!

Not surprisingly, the cover has nothing to do with the movie. It's actually a spoofy, Scream-ish slasher that predates Scream, directed by the fat kid that gets axe from Friday the 13th Part 5. No cartoon grim reapers, alas.
