Another Round of random death from a Movie that is full of it.
In H.P. Lovecraft's The Unnamable II, our Leads bring back the Human Host for the titular Creature to study her (since she may be 300+ years old!). They need their two friends, particularly a girl who has some clothes for her to wear.
They eventually get some clothes on Maria Ford (dammit!) and leave. After they go, however, the Creature's Beast Side arrives to kill the guy they called in to help!
The young woman- who was getting changed- is targeted next!
As a bonus, this nearby Student hears some noises and goes to complain (as one does).
He gets tossed out a window and confirmed dead by the Police that arrive on the Scene.
As for the young woman ,they make sure to confirm that she is dead as well. Very dead!
Basically, these three people die violent deaths since our Heroes led the creature to this location AND dragged them into this. If they hadn't been nearby, who knows what would have happened?
The lesson: don't help people. Ever. Look what it gets you.
Next up, one more body for the pile. Can this one qualify for a second Segment as well? Stay tuned...
