Lost in Translation: Darkman

Even big-time directors can have a film under-perform.  This was the case with Sam Raimi's first attempt to make a super-hero film- Darkman.  However, Japan saw it differently...
Yeah, that's an interesting take on it.  Clearly the mystery of the film is Darkman's identity, as evidenced by the Origin sequence that occurs pretty early-on in the film!  Silly people.

Up next, Belgium gets a shot at being in Lost in Translation.  Will their take on a werewolf classic live up to the work of their brethren?  Stay tuned...

  1. I always hated movies that have question marks in their titles?
    The one that bugs me the most -- Who is Harry Crumb? Why didn't they just call it Harry Crumb???
