In this case, someone fought the law and won.
In Dudes, a pair of rock & roll fans go West and try to get revenge.
They end up in Jail when one attempt goes wrong.
One of the Sheriffs- John Densmore, the former Drummer for The Doors.
The would-be victims decide to take out our Heroes. That means they have to take out the Sheriffs.
They take out one with a trap in a Gun Shop.
While that happens, Densmore is guarding the 'pokey.'
He gets the business end of a shotgun when they show up.
They must have really not liked The Butts Band.
I get that being in Law Enforcement is a dangerous job. Even so...
These Sheriffs die because a bunch of killers attacked some people in Utah, who proceeded to follow them to Montana, getting the pair stuck in the middle.
The moral: become a Crossing Guard. The worst thing you have to deal with is annoying Parents.
