Lost in Translation?: Dracula (1931)

It's no sin to love a Classic Film.

In this case, it is Tod Browning's Dracula.
I love it so much that I can even 'mark out' to this Japanese Poster I found that sure is, well, batty...
...I have so many questions here.

Aside from the obvious- I don't know what most of the text here means-, is Dracula just a giant here?
I mean, he has flight, transformation, the ability to use glamour, super-strength, super-senses and super-speed counting.

In hindsight, I've also seen him throw fireballs (more than once), so I guess I'm cool with this.
