A Film experiment that gets lots of points for creativity and commitment.
Is the execution amazing though? To find out, read on...
It is 1987.You are watching Local TV.
It is Halloween.
The Local 'Man on the Street' Guy is going to go into a 'Haunted House' where some Murders happened over 20 years ago.

I can't wait to see that...but I sure will have to.
Yep, to get this thing to 'Feature Length,' you have to sit through 20 minutes of this (with one key detail being introduced) to get to the main Feature (aka why you are watching this).
What will go wrong on this night?

Why should you watch this real (read:fake) broadcast?
To find out, stream the Film now.
A neat idea. I'm totally on-board with this kind of thing. The people behind this made Fake Commercials, a Fake News Broadcast and even used old cameras to make the thing look real.
The problem- they spent what seems like 3/4 of their time and effort on the Fake Commercials and, if there was time, made a sort of Horror Film. Even for a Horror Comedy, the Pacing and Focus is all wrong.
When they get around to it, I enjoyed the Horror stuff. They show enough to build up suspense and make you want to see more. That is, until every moment is interrupted by a 'Commercial Break.' It's interesting once or twice. I lost count on how many there were, but it was alot more than 'once or twice.'
There's supposedly a Sequel in the works. Will they get the balance right?
If you're looking for something to run, for instance, in the background at a Halloween Party, it could work fine. As an actual Narrative, however, well, the sign says it all...
A great idea just executed in a kind of disappointing way. A for Effort, but C for Execution.
