I suppose telling us the story of a week ago where nothing happened would be less exciting, so I'll excuse the convenience here.

Without SPOILERS, I can say that this is pretty darn good.
It's a simple premise- people discover freaky secret and try to escape. No reason to reinvent the wheel here.
The Acting is nice and realistic and the choice to use an empty Hospital gives it an appropriately-unsettling vibe. I'm sure it saved on the Budget too.
Thankfully, they used the Budget they had in the right places to make the finale oh so freaky and oh so memorable. It's some good Body Horror with the usual Creepshow twists.
