An Urban Legend who is connected to alot of Films. I guess if there's no Creator to pay, go for it! This is Bloody Mary, a 2006 Horror Film by Richard Valentine. Fitting to get a Horror Film by a guy who's last name is also the title of a Horror Film. He's only made this one notable Film, so don't waste too much time Googling him. This came a year after Urban Legends: Bloody Mary, a Film that actually didn't suck. Will this be as good?
There are one or two notable Cast Members, but I'm a giant tease, so you'll have to wait.
Will this be the first Film in the 4-Film Set to truly suck? To find out, read on...
A group of Nurses make one of their Co-Workers due an initiation that's kind of weird. She has to get naked- thanks for making me blur my first Screenshot in Months- and wander to a mirror to call out Bloody Mary.
It's supposed to be a prank- with one of their boyfriends popping up behind her- but it turns out to be real!

They freak when the guy shows up and then cover up their activity as the Police- and the woman's Sister- show up.
She's told about 'the Mirror Game' (not to be confused with the Crying Game) by...Cory Monteith?!?

What the?!?
Oh right- he dies in his second Scene as Bloody Mary kills him...for some reason.
The ladies are determined to keep their secret. Mary seems to have some power on them, however, as the Lead Girl's nose bleeds while she talks about what to do.
The Sister investigates what happened with the lead Doctor- played by Jaason Simmons.

No offense towards the guy, but when I see you in Ghost Rig and that Full Moon Frankenstein Film, I expect little from you.
Mary was a patient.
Mary went crazy and took people's eyes during her kills.
Mary disappeared.

I guess yadda yadda she's magic now too.
She works with this Cop- about the only one in Town- and they eventually get told about the Mirror Game by one of the ladies, shaken up by the fact that two of her friends (as well as other random people) have been killed by Mary.

She won't go to the Hospital, but does stand by an eerie-looking mirror (the way that Mary attacks you) and she dies.
It's not like she knew to avoid mirrors (and mentioned doing so earlier).
The pair go to the Hospital and are attacked by Doctor Jaason (who worked with Mary) and the remaining woman who sent prey to Mary.

Our Heroine is saved by Mary...by virtue or her simply killing the blond woman. It turns out she's Mary's Daughter.
That means that the first Victim (we saw) was ALSO Mary's Daughter, so...whoopsie. The End.
Is this as good as the other Films? No. Review over?

No, of course not. The Film has some promise, but also like no Budget. According to IMDB, it was $70,000. In the Film's defense, it looks like an $80,000 Budget Film. Like another Film I watched about a State Mental Hospital, they used an empty one to shoot in. Thanks, Reagan!
The Plot is kind of a mess, since it has random kills and diversions (like a Worker getting sex for access) that aren't necessary. Can't get your actual Plot to 90 minutes- use padding. It works for Amazon packages and it can work for you.
At its core, the Film is...alright. It's never great. It's never truly terrible. Mary is a vague, shapeless villain as far as motivation goes, so you're just here for the bloody kills. What it lacks in motivation for its villain, it sure does make up for in specificity...
Next time, I 'salvage' one last Review from this 4-Film Set. Will it end badly or well? Stay tuned...
