All I can gather is that this movie is about a plaster version of the chick from the Metropolis poster.  That and the letter 'A.'

Stanley Kubrick shocked a lot of people with this movie.  The only thing more shocking is the series of posters made for it across the world.  This one comes to us from Asia...
