Impossibly-Cool Cover Art: Santo & The Treasure of Dracula

I've seen Dracula shoot lightning, throw fireballs and oggle women in the shower. However, this El Santo film tops them all...

...pardon? I tried to translate this via Google Search and none of it made a whole lot of sense. Even the vampire in the top left seems upset by this title!

Next up, it's Indiana Jones...but it's not. It looks awesome, but I have no idea what this is! Stay tuned...
